##1 Prerequisites for using this service
Thank you for using the paid function value-added service. To use the paid function value-added service (hereinafter referred to as "this service"), you should read and abide by the "Paid Function Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement"). Please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the content of each clause, especially the corresponding clauses such as exemption or limitation of liability, and the separate agreement for opening or using a certain service, and choose to accept or not accept it. The exemption or limitation of liability clauses may be bolded to remind you.
Minors should review and perform this agreement in the company of their legal guardians, and the exercise and performance of the rights and obligations under this agreement by minors shall be deemed to have been approved by their legal guardians.
2 Scope of the Agreement
2.1 Scope of the applicable subject of the agreement
This agreement is an agreement between you and Heze Anguo Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the company", "Anguo") regarding your use of this service.
2.2 This Agreement and Related Agreements
Your agreement to this Agreement shall be deemed as your voluntary acceptance and compliance with all service specifications and related agreements and management specifications involved in the services we provide, including this Agreement, including but not limited to the "Service Agreement", "Privacy Statement", "Upload Instructions", "Copyright Protection Guidelines", announcements, tips, and notifications that we publish and revise from time to time.
3 Service Content
3.1 Paid Function Value-added Services
Paid Function Value-added Services refer to the fact that after you pay a certain service fee in accordance with our specified method, you can enjoy one or several privileged services provided by Anguo.
Currently, the paid function value-added services we have launched are as follows:
(1) Membership Services
Members can obtain membership by paying for it, or immediately after their feedback is adopted.
Please note: For a single "paid function value-added service", you can only enjoy the corresponding "paid function value-added service". Please carefully confirm the "paid function value-added service" on the purchase page when purchasing. If you purchase the wrong service due to personal negligence, you will not be refunded or exchanged.
(2) Points Service
Any points obtained by illegal means will be deducted without reason by the platform. If you find that they have been deducted by mistake, you can contact Customer Service for processing
Points can be purchased through recharge, or obtained through signing in, watching advertisements, etc.
Please note: The points service can be used on all Anguo APPs that have opened points. However, points can be exchanged for gifts, memberships, and withdrawn in a certain proportion of RMB, but the platform will charge a certain rate. Please note that the rate may change at any time. You can see the latest rate here in About->Exchange Gifts->Withdrawal->After logging in. If you buy the wrong service due to personal negligence, you will not be refunded.
3.2 Device and System Differences
After you activate this paid function value-added service through our designated channels, the specific services you can actually use may be different due to the different software versions, devices, operating systems, etc. you use, as well as other third-party reasons. This may cause you inconvenience. You understand and will not pursue or exempt us from related responsibilities.
4 Fees and duration of paid value-added services
4.1 Fee standards and payment
4.1.1 About paid value-added services
This service is a paid service provided by us. You must pay the corresponding fees according to the charging standards of this service before you can use this service.
Due to the different software versions, devices, operating systems, etc. used by you, as well as other third-party reasons, the prices of the same paid value-added services may vary. You can choose to change the device for payment. This may cause you inconvenience, you understand, and will not pursue or exempt us from related responsibilities.
4.1.2 Charging methods for paid value-added services
We will open payment channels including but not limited to: Alipay, WeChat Pay, etc. according to different device terminals and different software versions, so that you can choose different payment methods to entrust us to execute payment when you choose to use this service
4.2 Service period
The service period of this service shall be based on the period you choose and pay the corresponding service fees. This service currently has monthly, quarterly, annual, and permanent services. You can also log in to the personal center or the corresponding page of this service to check.
After the service period of the paid function service expires, we will stop providing you with the paid function service. We may remind you to renew the service in time before the service period expires.
5 Paid function device management
5.1 Paid function device activation and VIP synchronization
This service will be activated after you pay the fee in accordance with the contract through the method specified by us. After this service is activated, it is limited to your use on our platform and not on any other platform.
Please note that you can share VIP with other devices, but it is limited to your own device

6 Paid function behavior specifications
6.1 Legal use of paid function account set service
Paid function devices are a special form of user account and should be used in a standardized manner.
In addition, you may not open this service for yourself or others in any of the following ways:
6.1.1 Open this service for yourself or others for non-personal purposes such as profit or business;
6.1.2 Open this service for yourself or others through any robot software, spider software, crawler software, screen-scrolling software, or any other program or software;
6.1.3 Open this service for yourself or others by any improper means or in violation of the principle of honesty and trustworthiness;
6.1.4 Open this service in a way not specified by us;
6.1.5 Open this service in a way that infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of us or others;
6.1.6 Open this service for yourself or others in other ways that violate relevant laws, administrative regulations, national policies, etc.
If you engage in the above behavior, we have the right to take corresponding measures (including but not limited to closing the service without notice, requiring you to compensate us for all losses suffered as a result, and requesting judicial authorities to pursue legal liability) to hold you accountable.
6.2 Handling of Violations
If we discover or receive reports from others that you have violated this Agreement, we have the right to make independent judgments in accordance with the law and take technical means to delete, block or disconnect relevant information.
At the same time, we have the right to take measures against you, including but not limited to suspending or terminating part or all of this service, suspending or terminating your use of paid functions, and pursuing your legal liability, depending on the nature of your behavior. We do not need to refund any fees to you, and you will bear the losses caused to you. If you cause us losses, you should also compensate us (including but not limited to direct economic losses, loss of goodwill and reasonable expenses such as compensation paid to external parties, settlement fees, attorney fees, litigation fees, etc.), and pay them within the time limit required by us.
In addition, if you violate any of the provisions of this Agreement and cause any damage to any third party, you shall bear the responsibility independently; if we suffer losses as a result, you shall also compensate us.
7 Changes, suspension or termination of paid function value-added services
7.1 Changes in paid function value-added services
We may launch different paid function value-added services based on different product and service types, adjust the existing paid function value-added service types, paid function rights, etc., and continuously launch new paid function value-added service types.The specific types and contents of paid value-added services shall be subject to the services actually provided and announced on the relevant service page, and shall take effect in accordance with the law after the announcement. You can choose the corresponding service according to your needs.
7.2 Changes in charges for paid value-added services
We may modify and change the charging standards and methods of this service according to the overall planning of this service. We will display the above modifications and changes on the corresponding service page. If you need to obtain and use this service, please first understand the charging standards and methods of this service at that time in advance. Your activation and payment behavior is deemed that you are fully aware of the charging standards and methods of our paid services.
7.3 Changes in accordance with laws and regulations
Please fully understand and agree that due to the particularity of Internet services, we may modify, change, suspend or terminate the provision of part or all of the services to you in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the agreement between the two parties or when necessary.
At that time, we will protect your legal rights and interests in accordance with the law. And you agree that the services provided in accordance with the provisions of this service agreement can be changed, suspended or terminated without prior notice. For the changed service, if you continue to use it, it is deemed that you agree to the change. The circumstances described in this article shall not be deemed as our breach of contract, and we do not need to bear any legal liability to you.
7.4 About Refund
Generally, after you pay for the paid value-added service, we do not accept any form of refund request.
If you are repeatedly deducted when purchasing due to technical reasons of our products, or if you are unable to enjoy the purchased service due to technical reasons of our products, you can file a refund complaint, and we can process a refund for you after verification. However, you need to provide relevant information and cooperate with us.
You understand and clearly accept the above conditions. If you do not accept them, please choose paid services carefully.
8 How to update this agreement
We have the right to modify this agreement and related terms at any time according to changes in relevant laws and regulations and adjustments to the company's operating conditions and business strategies. Once the content of the terms changes, we will prompt the modified content on the user agreement page and attach it to the new version of the software.
If the user does not agree with the changes we have made to the terms of service, the user can delete this software, give up using or accessing this website, or cancel the services already obtained.
If the user continues to use the service, it is deemed that the user accepts the changes to the terms of service.

10 Other terms
10.1 Effectiveness of the agreement
Your use of this service is deemed that you have read and agreed to be bound by this agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in this agreement, this agreement will take effect from the time you choose to accept or use this service until the termination of this service.
You and the company are independent entities. In any case, this agreement does not constitute any form of express or implied guarantee or condition of the company to the user, and there is no agency, partnership, joint venture or employment relationship between the two parties.
10.2 Applicable Law
The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be subject to the laws of mainland China.
10.3 Validity of Terms
The titles in this Agreement are for convenience and reading only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provisions in this Agreement.
The copyright of this Agreement belongs to the Company. To the extent permitted by laws and regulations, the Company has the right to interpret and modify this Agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable due to conflict with the laws of mainland China, these provisions will be re-interpreted as close to the original meaning of this Agreement as possible, and the other provisions of this Agreement shall still have full force and effect.
10.4 Dispute Resolution
If you have any dispute with the Company due to this Agreement, both parties shall try to resolve it through friendly negotiation.
