Some user feedback: Files lost after new version update​

Historical background

In the latest version, I tried to migrate the working directory to the inside of the application. This means that if you uninstall the application, these files will also be lost. Initially, this was a compromise made to adapt to the new version of Android, but over time, this problem began to emerge. However, if you are using version 1.1.5 or above, you will not encounter this problem.

This is indeed not the result I expected. But please don't lose heart, we can try to retrieve these files.

To prevent this from happening again, please make sure to back up your data before uninstalling the application.

You can try the following methods:

  1. Go to Wandoujia to download the old version.

  1. Check the old directory files.

The default working directory of the previous application is in the /sd/Documents directory of the SD card. You can check whether there are historical files.
